The model of “Politburo 2.0” describing the informal management system of the Russian Federation, was first introduced by the experts at «Minchenko consulting» in August 2012 and, in our opinion, has proven its explanatory and predictable value .
By “Politburo 2.0” we mean an informal network structure for interests reconciliation of elite clans, in which Vladimir Putin is the main arbitrator and the most influential figure.
