News agency «Rosbalt» invited Russian and Ukrainian experts to speak about political situation in the start of the election campaign, slogans of candidates and victory chances. Second theme was formulated as existing of a Russia-orientated candidates and potential winners that can become such a person or «less evil» person for Russia.

Results of the IIPE research «The dynamics of images of candidates for Ukrainian presidency» (October, 2009) were presented during the discussion on a level with the expert research «External factor of the Ukrainian presidential elections-2010» performed by «Minchenko Consulting» agency.
