    Evgeny Minchenko will make a speech at "EU-Russia Business Forum" in Brussels

    The "EU-Russia Business Forum" will take place 19 November 2009 in the EU capital Brussels. It can become the most prominent event for government relations specialists from both EU and Russia.

    For the first time Russian specialists in GR will enjoy full rights of dialogue participants and will apply their efforts in order to create constructive negotiation process with western business and political elites.

    Russian Public Relations Association (RASO) not only bring information support for the forum, but also will organize the seminar "Russian Lobbying Out of Shadows". Russian side will be presented by Mr. Alexey Glazyrin, CEO Newton Group of Companies, expert in strategic marketing and practical communications for business, Mr. Evgeny Minchenko, Head of the Communication Group "Minchenko Consulting", member of expert council under the Russian Federation Ministry of trade and industry, member of investments council under the Russian Federation Ministry of Economic Development, an expert of Russian Parliament "DUMA" committees for security and relations with CIS countries and Mr. Pavel Tolstykh, the head of GR Research & Consulting Center (www.Lobbying.ru).

    What are the characteristics of the GR mechanisms and interrelations with executive officials? What are the typical mistakes of foreign companies operating in Russia? What does interaction between Russian and European lobbying companies look like?  Cooperation or confrontation? Stated above questions will become the main challenge for businessmen, politicians, representatives of consulting and lobbying companies, NGOs from Russia and EU.

    Under the auspice of  the "EU-Russia Business Forum" in the building of the European Parliament will take place European businessmen annual summit. Main topic is "Creativeness as an exit crisis strategy". Key speakers: European Commissioner for Taxation and Customs Union Laszló Kovacs and European Commissioner and Vice President for Transport Antonio Tajani.
