    Luzhkov's actions: the hard version

The text from Evgeniy Minchenko's blog

If Yury Michailovich decides to go for broke:

    1. Today, to make the sue about the illegality of the presidential decree in the “fairest” Moscow court. To suspend the execution of the decree as an interim measure.

    2. Acting as a mayor (as we recall, the decree is suspended) to make the press conference and live broadcast on TV ("Face-to-city"/ “Litzom k gorody”). Message - we will not give the city to the Petersburgers, we need the direct election of regional governors. As an option - running for president post, because we need to save the country.

    3. Extra-meeting of the Moscow Duma, which adopted an appeal to President to revoke the edict that there will be no voting for anyone from Petersburg and they are ready to dissolve (this is the bottleneck - I think they would be afraid).

    4. Drawing out people on the streets, using administrative and other resources.

    5. Purchase the registered public assotiation. What do we still have unattended? “Patriots of Russia”, for example. Luxurious name. At the worst "Apple" is OK - they have nothing to lose, and no chance to go to the next State Duma.

    6. Troops to the regions where there are elections and participate in them, "Patriots" or other public association which will attract to Luzhkov using the slogan: "Vote for Luzhkov against the Kremlin lawlessness." Unlimited financial resources could raise it to the second or first place during one week.

    7. Stay improvising.
